right on to all those who oppose fur, but one quick correction....faux fur is not in style iether, ever! if you're wearing fake fur, youre still advancing the idea that the look of wearing animals fur that was skinned off them while they lived is in style...theres nothing fashionable about fur OR propelling the idea that it looks good to wear an animals skin...just buy a nice warm synthetic coat and call it a day. fur is dead. faux fur is just, well, fake dead.

Some people forget to stay level headed(down to earth) when they start receiving certain amounts of money but for PETA's Karin to call people names is not going to make them change,it just gonna make them wear and carry around more animal skin.They could have at least rocked some fake fur(I don't faux fur is made from animals) but I know some faux fur that would have looked nice on them. Sometimes I want to buy those expensive items like Carlo Falchi,Louis Vuitton,and Bottega Veneta,Christian Loubuton(spelled it wrong) but everytime I look at the materials that it is made out of it's mostly animal skin like the Louis Vuitton ostrich bag Jay-Z had at the airport, it was nice but it could have been made out of something else.

While I am opposed to fur, and all animal cruelty, and do not think that fur-as-fashion is an acceptable excuse for this kind of torture, I really object to the way that PETA and so many commentators here are talking. What happened to manners? Really, there's no excuse for treating others like dirt, even if they're wearing fur. It defeats the purpose of defending the rights of animals in the first place, as talking like that completely cheapens the whole cause. Igorance paraded as "activism" is just as ugly as wearing furs. We have the freedom of speach and expression in this country. We have the right to voice our opinions just as much as others have the right to wear fur. I love animals, BUT I know that there is a diffrence between animals and humans. Are all the animals killed for fur coats tortured? Absolutley not there are very strict guidlines. The bible states that animals are our servents on earth hear to obey us and do our biding. Personally I think they look fabulous. Especially Amber her coat is fierce and gorgeous.
