For a minute there, we thought Jeremy "Mercury Poisoning" Piven was serious when he said that he gave up soy milk for fear that it would give him "moobs."

Moobs

I mean, come on, everybody knows that cow's milk—not soy milk—is the real culprit behind man boobs, right? According to Harvard scientist Ganmaa Davaasambuu, cow's milk "contains considerable amounts of female sex hormones"—especially milk from factory-farmed cows who are kept almost constantly pregnant. She estimates that dairy products account for 60 to 80 percent of the estrogens consumed by the average person.

But wait—there's more! Factory-farmed cows are commonly fed bovine growth hormone in order to stimulate their bodies to produce more milk. Hormone-treated cow's milk contains high levels of Insulin Growth Factor (IGF-1), which studies show can cause the dreaded gynecomastia (moobs). Milk consumption, with all its accompanying hormones, has also been linked to prostate cancer and breast cancer.

So, boys, if you're worried about maintaining your manly physique, pour some soy (or rice or almond) milk on your cereal—and pour the moob juice down the drain.

one day at whole foods a lady nearly had a conniption fit and came up to me almost crying as she said "please don't tell me you drink that much soy!" I looked at her cart filled with dead animal body remains and gave her a crazy look."please dont tell me you are going to ingest all those corpses?"I am very healthy and drink/eat soy everyday being a Vegan is the healthiest diet and the most compassionate as well as moral and ethical lifestyle anyone can have. With all the many issues and problems out of our hands today, one of the most empowering things each individual can do is go Vegan.

That photo is altered to make the guy have big boobs. There is NO guy I know of - unless he's undergoing a gender change (ergo female hormones) that has boobs that are disproportionate to the rest of his body.

Look - at least - if you insist on doing a photo of a guy with "man boobs" - have a photo that's NOT altered.

(Oh, please don't lie to me and say it's not - photography is my forte).

Oat milk is my favorite, Coconut being a close second.

Rice milk and almond milk are great too. I don't really like soy milk, so I was happy to find these others. Also, my husband tried the almond milk and liked it too, which is amazing b/c he is really suspicious of anything that isn't mainstream.

Why are you using a photoshopped photo in your ads? Surely you'd have someone that was hefty enough with real man boobs to use in these ads to prove your point?

To me - this is misleading: Anyone who pays attention to this ad will go "that's faked." It harms your cause PETA - go out there and use real people for these things.

Cow milk does make Breast Cancer. Not sure about the man boobs because only obese men get those.
