Sooner or later, the "freebies" will disappear and the remaining bottom-feeders of society, the ones who wouldn't recognize animal cruelty if they walked right into it and became victims themselves, will stumble one step up and find something else to amuse their pathetic selves and spawn.

I think that its our responsibility as Americans, and humans, to boycott all circuses who exploit animals. Circuses are like battles in the gladiator days. We cannot sit back and enjoy this exploitation at the disadvantage of helpless animals. These are elephants, one of the most majestic creatures on the planet. How did they become the laughing stock at shows? I can honestly say that my children will NEVER go to a circus.

I'm so glad to here that about Jiffy!! Let's all pray that one day these beautiful creatures will never be ripped away from their families again! They are one of the most family oriented animals on earth! They are beautiful and deserve all the love possible.

I completely agree with all of the comments above. I'm sick of people who use the argument of "They're JUST animals. People are more important". We should fight for human AND animal rights, EQUALLY. Everyone deserves a chance at a happy and healthy life.

GREEEAT!! Anything helps when it comes to such a huge issue such as this. I think I'm going to do some research to see what other companies give out free tickets and let them know the truth. We have to stop the suffering of these creatures.

Jiffy Lube should give away free tickets or discounts to amusements that do not include animal acts. Some suggestions for Southern California would be Discovery Science Center, Bowers Museum, Los Angeles County Museum Of Art family Sundays, etc.

It says in the article that it is only for the Los Angeles area. That does not mean all Jiffy Lubes will stop giving away tickets. Please read the article more carefully next time.

Thank you sooooo much jiffy lube for giving the animals a voice. These are amazing creatures and need to be treated as such not exploited.
I will only use Jiffy Lube now for all oil changes and will tell everyone I know. Thank you again for a step in the right direction for the elephants.
