With Easter just a few days away, I have two things on my mind. Vegan Peeps candy … can it be done? And wittle baby aminals.
Lucky for me, the peeps (Ha! Get it?) over at Woodstock Farm Animal Sanctuary have my baby-animal fix covered with their live, streaming video of baby chicks.
Let me know if you figure out the vegan Peeps candy thing.

Wouldn't vegan Peep candy just be marshmellow?

no it wouldnt be marshmellow at all 'pepsi one is fun' because marshmellow is not vegan or vegatarian. marshmellow contains geletain which is made from animals heads and carcases and bones...not very appetizing if u really think about it ;)

I LOVE them!! My friend had a pet chicken he called "Singin' Sister" and she was adorable! She would sit on the fence and sing away! They are very intelligent and SENSITIVE animals. I am glad we can see babies from the Woodstock Farm Animal Sanctuary; blessings to them and their work with animals.

Vegan Peeps would be awsome! They sell vegan marshmellows, so I'm sure it can be done.

What about using Sweet and Sara vegan marshmallows? Maybe re-shaping them somehow into chicks? or bunnies for that matter? And how about coloring them with some food dyed-vegan granulated sugar? Now I feel inspired to try it.

Sweet n Sara m-mallows are awesome! They totally blow away the animal product ones. BTW I think it's mallow not mellow. Vegan food is always way tastier than animal flesh or parts.
