'Project Runway' Finalist Arrested for Alleged Assault With a Cat

Project Runway finalist Kenley Collins has reportedly used her cat as a weapon by throwing the animal at her sleeping fiancé's head. Oh yeah, she also allegedly chucked a laptop and three apples and slammed a door on his head as he crawled across the floor. I guess her precious sewing machine was too valuable to throw. Police have charged Collins with assault and criminal possession of a deadly weapon (i.e., her cat). Thankfully this alleged assault is being investigated, but c'mon, what about the cat?
We are so disgusted that Collins has reportedly endangered her feline companion that we think, if Collins is found guilty, she should be barred from owning any animals in the future. Anyone who would throw a cat in a fit of rage should not be trusted with the care of another life.
Her fiancé might want to watch his back, as well. More than one killer got started by hurting animals. I'm no Doctor Phil, but I'd venture a guess that these two

Throw the book at her! She is a mennace to people and pets. "Drama Queen"? The kitty needs to be placed in a safe haven since she runs the risk of additional harm in the hands of such a lunatic.
Press charges for animal cruelty!!!!!!!! This woman is violent and a threat to both animals and humans.
Proceed ahead with prosecution.

Kenley was my least favorite last season. She's a spoiled little monster with no social skills. Using cats as projectiles just makes me like her less. I hope her fiance is reconsidering!
PS: Had she married him and taken his name, she'd be Kenley Penley.

Unbelievable! If ever there was a candidate for an intensive "anger management" course, it's this chick.
I agree that she should be charged with animal cruelty in addition to the assault charges. And, should be prohibited from owning another animal again! I hope her cat is placed with someone who understands sane conflict resolution.
What a piece of work!

They're actually allowing her to keep her other cat! Isn't there some law in NYC about hurling live animals at people? Put her in the smaller with Michael Vick!

I just read another horror story about a cat that was tortured and killed by a couple of rotten punk teens in New York. They took the cat from an apartment house hallway and brought him to another building where they stepped on him and poured lighter fluid on him and set him on fire. The cat had to be euthanized since the injuries were so severe but luckily the two monsters were caught and can face up to 25 years in prison for animal cruelty and arson. Too bad the cat had to die for their entertainment. They are psychos who should be put away for the rest of their lives!

OMFG! How could someone so unstable even be able to manage the stress of a show like Project Runway? I feel so sorry for her cat and fiance! She's seriously abusive.

I have various news videos on my homepage, and whatdaya know, one was about kenley's "cat incident"! The incident was described & called the man she threw the cat @ as "her ex-fiance"! Apparently, they broke up after Kenley's little episode. But then again, I think we could all see that one coming.
