I work as a designer at a VERY prominent children's art and stationary company in Easton, PA (you can google that to find out more). Our offices use glue traps.
Instead of throwing away or destroying the traps, I pat paper towel over the glue areas to allow mice to escape, hopefully. I tried throwing them away but they keep being replaced, so I thought this would be more effective in the long run, even though it's not a solution to the problem.
I don't know how to approach my company. I know the building director pretty well; how can I bring this up? It's all about COST here. Glue traps are CHEAP. And certainly, live traps are not an option as no one would be around to free the mice, and they would starve to death.
How can I convince my company to get rid of the glue traps? The building is rented, not owned.

That is so awful. Poor mice.

This is awful, i can't believe what some people do to mice, they're so cute, how could anyone do this? I recently put up a campaign against the school I go to against glue traps. I lost but it's the effort that counts... right?
