Sad to know that our consumer culture relies so much on animals and animal by-products that we never even consider the cruelty we'd avoid, the lives we'd save, and the efficienty we'd achieve if we explored plant-based alternatives.
The little runt pig is ADORABLE. I want to adopt a pig now!

I watched this video about the pigs and I was sick to my stomach.Can someone please explain to me how so many poeple are getting away with hurting so many animals, and nothing is done about it.Some investigations say that video cameras would be the best bet, I agree that it may help however these same people will still be working at these plants.These people should not be free to harm animals again.The big questions I would like to have answered is, if this were a bunch of children this video was about (god forbid that should happen) those involved would be sentenced to death, so why is it that the justice system does not agree to provide the same sentencing for an animal abuser?

TO KRISTINA - YOUR RIGHT!THEY SHOULD ROT IN JAIL. AND IT HAS HAPPEN TO CHILDREN. IT WAS THE NAZIS. THEY NOT ONLY KILLED THE JEWS BUT THOUSANDS OF NON-PRODUCTIVE PEOPLE( AS THEY PUT IT)HANDICAPED CHILDREN AND THE ELDERLY. ALOT OF PEOPLE DON'T KNOW THIS ABOUT HISTORY. BUT IT IS WELL DOCUMENTED.
