Yes many happy returns for the day., '' Ms.Newkirk.'' You have to hand it to this '' Lady '' and realise the struggle she must have had in the early days of Peta : fighting these vast international companies and government., for a better deal for all creatures. Ingrid, i hope you live another 100 years because they way you manage PETA is so amazing and i love your dedication to furthering the rights of all animals! You're the only 'president' of most big animal protection groups that has actually been arrested for speaking up for animals and to me that's dedication! Long live the queen!!!!!

Now in my 15th year as a vegetarian / and "almost vegan", it's hard to believe I had waited until age 32 to change my diet, but with each passing year, I'm so glad I did.

Birthdays give me a chance every year to stop and reflect that aging isn't so bad after all!

I shudder to think how it so easily could have turned out otherwise!
