Fashion-forward blogger Perez Hilton is being named the queen of my "Best-Dressed" list because he has been spotted in a Fabulous Furs faux-fur coat. His look sure beats that of another well-known queen, Aretha Franklin, who just yesterday was announced as the "winner" of PETA's " Worst-Dressed" title for sporting the fur of dead animals.
PETA had this to say about Aretha: "How 'bout some R-E-S-P-E-C-T for animals? Aretha, when you waddled into the Grammys in yet another vulgar fur, you looked as if you were going to perform 'I Am the Walrus' by The Beatles. You may be a queen, but you don't know jack about compassion." Ouch.
Sure, Perez is only on a list of one, but I'd be happy to make it longer—that way, we can have a full-blown, knock-out, throw-down fight for the "Best-Dressed" title next year.
See Perez in his cruelty-free faux fur here, and check out all the hags who made our "Worst-Dressed" list here.

I used to love Perez Hilton, because I felt like he had a heart and stood up to all these selfish celebrities.
But then he bought a puppy mill puppy (through a website from a notorious puppy miller) just like Paris Hilton and Brit and the rest.
I was shocked. Maybe he just wasn't aware. These puppy mill dog breeders are liars and con artists.
Please, Perez, please get the word out about the puppy mills that are torturing dogs for celebrities to carry around.

Its great she doesnt wear fur, but i heard that she has 17 dogs at her house, and in her own words, "They just keep having babies, and I feel bad about giving them away." wow, maybe PETA should send her a letter too?

That's all well and good Perez Hilton winning Best Dressed in a Fabulous fauz-fur coat. The only thing is that I'm sure the coat would look even better if the fur was real.
Don't get me wrong I don't wear fur but it does look hot, feels great and doesn't bite unlike when those pesky animals are alive.

Perez Hilton is wonderful for
the anti-fur message he is sending out by wearing his
faux fur. I always knew he was
hysterical and wickedly entertaining; now I can add kind and compassionate(by far
the most important); I hope he
keeps cranking out those riotous specials; an idea for
the next one: Divas and celebrities who hate other celebrities for wearing fur!
Love You Perez

I always did like Perez. He's never shy to say what he wants. Maybe he would be willing to speak out for PETA.

Ok... just want to point out that the website may sell faux fur... but it also sells real leather

the only way the foxes in fur farms bite is out of shear fear, otherwise, in the wild they are cautious of people and will run away from you.

Rose- They're talking about Perez Hilton, he writes a gossip blog on celebrities (and is fabulous) www.perezhilton.com
Paris Hilton is a rich brat who feels the need to buy animals rather than adopt them.

In Ref to Katie's comment on preferring the feel and look of fur - because it "Doesnt bite like when the pesky animals are alive". Are you sure your on the right website? this is Peta? for people who actually give a damn about animal welfare? Fur farming involves cruel beatings until the animal is unconscious (Or semi conscious, often after they have being left in extreme weather conditions to promote extra fur growth, then they are anally electrocuted, and often skinned and slashed whilst still conscious - And YOU? have the audacity to complain that the animals bite? Wouldnt you? One things for sure - Only beautiful animals and TRULY UGLY human beings would ever choose to ignore such suffering to wear such a status-obsessed symbol.
