So they’re selling that piece of land next to the big white Hollywood sign. And sadly, it’s just a little bit too expensive for PETA to purchase (like, 20 million dollars too expensive), but we did write to the real estate company today to negotiate a deal for renting the space until they’re able to sell it. Here’s hoping they say yes—I think it would be totally worth it:

That would be amazing, but you better make it "GoVeg.com."
With a big Dot.

Yes, to have .com after it would be great!! Or write out the whole word GO VEGETARIAN! It's the first stages before going Vegan and more people would understand it better! Nice job, hopefully they accept!

PETA should ask its members for an emergency donation of $22 mil! If we all pull together I bet we can collect that money! I bet all of the members would be extatic to help buy that very famous plot of land!!

That would be great!
Just imagine how many people would see that everyday...

That might raise some eyebrows.
But I wonder if anyone living near there even looks at the sign anymore.

That would be excellent! That would be amazing to inspire an entire city to stop the cruel eating ways and convert to a mega-health lifestyle!

PETA had revenue of over $30 million in 2006.

Erich, since you are apparently suggesting that PETA has enough $$ to buy the land, you might want to go look up their financial statement (it's available on their website). You will see that they actually spend the money directly helping animals (with very little going to salaries and other admin costs), so they do NOT have a spare $20 million to buy some land.
