KFC Campaign is a Marathon

Lindsay and Nicole, a couple of die-hard anti-KFC campaigners, completed the Louisville Half-Marathon in KFC’s hometown yesterday. So what, you ask? Well, they did the whole thing with “Boycott KFC” and the like written on their bodies, and the pair reported that they got tons of support from the crowd and even talked to several Yum (KFC’s parent company) employees along the way, including one particularly chatty woman who wanted to debate around mile six. Of course, she couldn’t defend KFC, since you can’t really defend a company that refuses to take even the smallest steps towards improving the miserable lives and deaths of the animals killed for its products, despite the fact that its own animal welfare advisory board recommends the changes, and other industry giants like McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy’s, and scores of others, have already taken similar action.
Congrats Lindsay and Nicole!
And on a totally unrelated note, Wu Tang Clan member RZA walked away with the crown in the Hip Hop Chess Federation’s first annual Chess Kings Invitational. Lucky for RZA that I didn’t know about it in time to enter!

I'm enjoying a KFC original recipe #4 chicken dinner right now. The flavor is absolutely delicious! With every bite, the chicken juices run down the sides of my mouth! Tonight, I plan to grill a 12 ounce New York strip. As the weather has turned cold, I will also be wearing my Polo leather jacket. The leather is extremely soft, and VERY warm. I will also have my fleece lined moose leather slippers on.
What a misguided and miserable life you must be enduring. Please search yourself and find out you why you insist on punishing yourself. Have you tried therapy?

Why are people congratulating a bunch of people for running around trying to boycott a restaurant when in reality the only people that will avoid KFC are people who already agree with you.
It's really easy to convince a bunch of college kids to do something, they think they are so smart for reading some statistics about how bad meat is and join these hippy crap marches thinking they are changing the world.
WHO CARES! What do I care if the chicken im eating was given 1 cubic foot less space than someone decided was the correct amount of space for a chicken to live in? Does it taste good? Yes, In general am I still alive after eating the chicken? Yes (so far) so that's all i needed to know.

Someone who eats at a restaurant that is your enemy doesnt make them a subhuman. (PETA=Racism). If KFC abandoned their evil ways, THEN WHAT? Will you still hate them forever, or LEARN to forgive? The reason people eat at KFC is because nobody cares where it comes from, and it is quick chicken. In this shithole of a 50 stated nation, nobody has time for a homemeal anymore! if you ever took the time out of your life to stand up for something you believed in then you would understand why people do things like this. Obviously people like you and Harry took the time out of your lives to stand up for what you think is the right way to live, which I don't agree with but whatever. And if you ever went o a demo or anything like this you would see that there really are actually a lot of people that do care that you would never think would. Just last weekend I did a KFC demo and got 2 people to leave saying they would never eat there again, just by giving them the information. And by the way- they were probably in their 40s, not in college. Thanks anyways for your uninformed comment!

i have never liked kfc,msdonalds,burger king or any fast food restarunts.
And its better to go veggie because the animals fats clog up some part of the body(sozzy i forgot i think its the heart)and you die faster.
