Money orders will be accepted like cash. All league and school checks must have a physical address (no P.O. Boxes) printed on it with a phone number. You must write your driver's license number and expiration date on the check. No personal checks accepted.

Please note: Phone orders will be taken or calls returned Monday - Thursday between 9 and 5pm pacific time, however we do ship Monday through Friday.

We are an online business and try to only receive orders online. We understand that not everyone has a computer and may call to place an order by phone at (530) 221 - 0857.

Please understand that by placing an order over the phone you agree to all online policies and shipping terms. We are not responsible for any phone order errors. Phone orders subject to delaying your order up to 24 hours.

ALL ORDERS CAN TAKE FROM 48 BUSINESS HOURS (MONDAY-FRIDAY) FROM THE TIME THEY ARE PLACED UNTIL THEY ARE SHIPPED. All orders no matter how you order it to ship, the order does not ship for 2 to 3 days from the time you place your order. This is our processing time, this means if you order overnight on monday or 2 day air that order will not ship until thursday. First class mail is not available on orders over three pieces. NO overnight orders will be accepted over the phone. There are NO Saturday deliveries on UPS shipments. You may call in your order from 9 am to 5 pm PST, Monday through Friday. We are not responsible for phone order errors. If you give us incorrect information and the order has to be resent, or we incur extra shipping charges you will be responsible for the charges. We reserve the right to use what carrier we choose in shipping your order, however the cost to you will remain the same.

Squad discounts apply to 21 or more pieces, and you should go to our squad discount page for more information. We may call you or email you with questions, if necessary.

We send the package per your requests, but we will not be held liable for the actual time it takes the shipping company to get it to you. Please allow us time to process your order. You may not make any changes once you place your order online or by phone, however you may place another order. Please do not email or call us regarding this matter. Cheerleaderhairpieces.com is not reasponsable for UPS OR USPS errors , we send them out as you order them to ship, if you do not get your package and it is the carriers error, we will try to help you to gain a refund for shipping charges from them if we can. If it is our error we will take responsablitity for it .

Refusal of your order after shipping will incur a $25.00 fee for restocking, invoicing and crediting. This may be more if we incur a return shipping charge. Your original shipping and handling charge will still apply.

Sales Tax:

Orders from California residents are subject to an additional 7.25% sales tax.

Exchange Policies:

We take pride in all the products we sell. If the product you received has a factory defect, we will be happy to exchange it with the same item. If you feel the item is defective, it must be sent back to us with confirmation by the shipper USPS or UPS etc, within 3 business days. Please understand we have the right to refuse your opinion. In which case you will be contacted. We do not suggest you reorder until the matter is cleared. We understand that all computer monitors colors may vary so we allow exchanges under the following policies once. Sorry, no refunds. We do not accept returns. No Exchanges on "SALE" items.

Order Changes

A $10.00 fee will apply to any changes made to an order that has not been shipped yet.

Exchanges

All exchanges must be done by original purchaser, no exceptions. We exchange only within ten business days, period. Please make sure your return shipping date is within this time frame or it will be refused.

HOW TO EXCHANGE: Its easy, all you need to do is go back online to our sight and reorder the new color or size that you need. Then after you place your order a receipt with a new order number will pop up. Please make 2 copies of it-one to keep and the other to send back with your original orders invoice and the hairpiece you originally ordered. The original order will be credited back to your credit card with in 7 business days of our receiving it. Please note that shipping is non refundable. Even if you are a squad order this is the way to exchange. If you order say 3 and only need 1 exchanged that's fine reorder what you need and follow the directions. Always make sure that the original purchaser is the exchange purchaser also. When you send it back to us always get a confirmation from the post office, so you know we have received it. We will not be liable for lost shipping items. Please allow 7 days from us receiving your exchange to credit your account and 72 hours for it to process.

If you paid by squad check or money order, send in the exchange with the original invoice (copy) and another money order or check for shipping charges of your new colors or color. Please plainly state what new colors you wish in exchange. This form of mail exchange is only for original mail orders, not internet or phone orders.

If your exchange is not done in the above manners or with in the accepted time frame it will be refused, and the original purchasers card will be charged for the return shipping and handling costs.

Ordering Mistakes:

Did you make a mistake when you ordered? Our website and shopping cart lets you see your order several times before the order is processed by you. You must cancel your order now, and reorder properly. Please see cancel information below. If you called your order in and a mistake was made, you still must cancel the order below.

Cancellation Charges:

Orders can be cancelled with in a 24 hour period of when you place the order. This includes weekends and holidays. A $10.00 cancellation fee will apply to all orders that have not been shipped. Once shipped an item cannot be canceled. You can exchange it by reordering again online - see exchange instructions. The fee applies because once you place an order, your card is processed immediately, we are charged a percentage by the credit card companies to process that order. We also have to pay a percentage of the sale to credit you back, along with paying a worker to do the credit to your account.
